Shipping Policy

At Cups and Green Paper Products, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review this policy carefully.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Processing Time: We typically ship orders within 2 business days of order placement. This allows for careful order verification and preparation.

• Shipping Time: Allow 1 business day for order processing and 1 business day for FedEx pick from our Warehouse. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

2. Shipping Costs & Locations

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the Continental United States.

• Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.

• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship to locations within the Continental United States. 

3. Expedited Shipping Options

For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer the following expedited shipping options:

• Customer-Provided FedEx Account: You may utilize your own FedEx account for overnight shipping. To do so, please provide your FedEx account number during checkout or contact us via email at cs@cupsgreenpaperproducts.com.

• Customer-Provided Shipping Label: You may provide your own pre-paid FedEx shipping label via email at cs@cupsgreenpaperproducts.com.

• Cups and Green Products- Arranged Overnight Shipping: If you do not have a FedEx account or shipping label, we can arrange overnight shipping for you. You will be charged the applicable overnight shipping cost, which will be calculated and presented to you for approval before shipment.
